Product Description
If you love cameos and jewelry from yesteryear, you will be enchanted with this vintage pendant! This lovely piece features a carved shell cameo in a frame of 14k yellow gold. Showcased on a light caramel-hued background, the alabaster- white image portrays a young maiden facing left. A coronet of braids tied in the back with a ribbon crowns her head as she serenely poses. Four sturdy prongs hold the oval-shaped cameo securely in place on a smoothly polished frame. A stationary bail on the top of the frame allows the pendant to be worn on a chain of your choosing. In immaculate condition with the cameo image intact and clearly defined, this lovely piece would make a wonderful addition to your collection. The pendant has been professionally tested in our laboratory to verify the gold purity composition.
This piece measures 1 1/16" (26.9mm) tall including the stationary bail, 21/32" (16.7mm) wide, and weighs 2.7 grams. The bail will accommodate up to a 4.3mm chain.
We guarantee this piece to be 14k gold as tested. This piece has not been professionally cleaned, in order to maintain its original vintage integrity. Please check out the enlarged pictures.
